Returns

Your happiness matters to us! We want your shopping experience at The Gatorbug to be second to none. We hope you love each item you purchased, but if some reason you don’t we want to make your return as easy as possible. 

PLEASE EMAIL THEGATORBUG@THEGATORBUG.COM FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM! ANY RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT A RA FORM WILL BE SENT BACK WITH A $10 SHIPPING FEE CHARGED. 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY 

ALL returns are subject to our discretion. 

We accept returns up to 14 calendar days from the date your order was marked delivered. gf YOU MUST HAVE SHIPPING AND TRACKING INFORMATION THAT SHOWS YOUR RETURN WAS SHIPPED BACK TO US BY THE 14TH DAY! :) 

  • 1-7 DAYS: Eligible for a full refund, minus original shipping charges to the original payment method.
  • 8-14 DAYS: Eligible for full store credit, minus original shipping charges. 

Final Sale Items are NOT eligible for return/exchange. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

  • Items Discounted at 30% or greater
  • Intimates/ Bras/Lingerie
  • Face Masks
  • Beauty Products 
  • Hats
  • Gift Cards 
  • Liquid Product (i.e., hand sanitizer, body lotion, etc.)
  • Food Items
  • Altered or Modified
  • Items listed in a SALE Category

Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. ALL original tags must still be attached. All Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox. 

Items returned to us with stains, makeup, or deodorant marks will be shipped back to you at your cost.

Original shipping cost will be deducted from refunds. 

Please note: The Gatorbug is not responsible for delays in delivery due to reasons out of our control or lost/stolen package sent to the shipping address provided. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund.  We also can not refund shipping charges if the carrier does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding your package. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Exchanges

    Returned merchandise will be processed as a refund to original payment method or store gift card depending on your return window. Please refer to return timeline above. 

    Damages

    Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving an order or they can not be returned.

     

    How long does it take to process a return? 

    Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days once the return has been received. You will receive an email confirmation once your return and refund have been processed.
